Hi all! It's been a while since writing a blog post. I'm doing great! Working really hard on building my Plexus business and painting like crazy! I had a follow up with my surgeon last week and everything went really well. All is good! It has been a year since finding out I had cancer and I've been cancer free since October. I am FREE!! Wishing You All the Best for the Holidays

Hi All! I just finished my 30th radiation treatment, with only 4 more to go, and I'm feeling great! The skin where the treatments are focused is super tan but holding up really well (thank you Aloe Vera plant and Lavender oil!) It’s two days before Christmas and we are getting ready to close out this year shortly and wow, what a year it has been! My last radiation treatment is scheduled for January 31st and I promise you, I WILL BE CELEBRATING!

This year I have seen myself transform into who I have always desired to be. It’s been a wild ride, this breast cancer journey of mine, but through it all I feel wiser, stronger, happier, so loved and more alive than ever!...

5 Steps That Changed My Perspective on Life

Hi All! It’s been a little over a week since my surgery and my incisions are healing well. I also feel pretty darn good! I have a follow up with my oncologist and then with my surgeon on Monday and I will find out then what my next step is. For now, it’s healing time!

As I begin this post I’m looking out our windows that open up to the Gulf of Mexico and see a vast sea of glistening water moving quickly from the east towards the west. It’s a beautiful 80-degree, sunny fall day and I feel blessed. I cannot put words to how peaceful and serene this moment is, but I feel overwhelmed with gratitude. Being here has really changed my life and has been extremely healing.
